The VCM Certification has become a reliable solution for many corporations and organizations today. We offer three levels of certifications. Each certification requires participants to go through extensive training in addition to demonstrating the application of the concepts learned through special assigned projects. After training is complete successful participants will be recognized as a Certified Value-Centered Star, Nova, or Super Nova. Creating Value-Centered Professionals within an organization will benefit in the following ways: - Team members will understand how to identify waste in current processes and existing or upcoming projects.

Program Tuition: $1,499 The Star Certification is designated for professionals that have gained a foundational knowledge in the value-centered management principles and methodologies. The certification is denoted as a star because a star emits light from its own interior. Therefore, the light within a VCM Star Certified professional translates into a professional that understands how to maximize productivity by focusing on value, implementing cost saving improvements , and developing an organized lean work flow. The goal of this certification is to saturate as many team members as possible with the fundamental knowledge of value-centered principles and concepts. This lays the foundation for all other value-centered accomplishments and successes within organizations. The courses an individual would have to finish for a Star Certification are: Fundamentals of Value-Centered Management, Customer Value, Value-Centered Culture, Principles of Lean Management I, Principles of Lean Management II, Value-Centered Structure, and Test Preparation. | | | | 
| The Value-Centered Nova Certification
Program Tuition: $2,995 The Nova is a certification designed to deliver even more light to our clients by teaching them to analyze and solve problems based on a deeper understanding of Value-Centered Management. Our goal is to provide the organization with value-centered problem solvers and analyst who can think on their feet and deal with real-life issues throughout the organization from a value-centered perspective. Professionals who have successfully completed this level of proficiency will also be able to assist organizations in strategic direction as it relates to understanding value, waste elimination, lean operations, culture and managing change. The courses an individual would have to finish for a Nova Certification are: Value-Centered Execution I, Value-Centered Execution II, Value-Centered Problem Solving I, Value-Centered Problem Solving II, Project Exam Preparation and Project Exam Delivery. | | | | 
| The Value-Centered Super Nova Certification Program Tuition: $3,995The Super Nova is the highest level of certification. Consistent with its name a supernova’s nuclear explosion can cause the creation of other stars. Thus, team members that attain to this certification are authorized to train and certify others within an organization in the value-centered discipline. This level of our certification seeks to prepare the organization to constantly spread value-centered knowledge from within. By leaving a certified trainer within an organization they are empowered to develop their team members from within allowing for cost reduction, responsiveness, and an avenue to swiftly move their team members up the value-centered learning curve. The courses an individual would have to finish for a Super Nova Certification are: Teaching Customer Value, Teaching Value-Centered Culture, Teaching Principles of Lean, Teaching Principles of Lean II, Teaching Value-Centered Structure, and Teaching Test Preparation. |
